How’d I almost forget to post these two! Wow…what an incredible couple. Katelyn & Barrett were awesome to work with. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding next spring :) …I’m sure it will be an event to remember.

I shot Chung & Marc’s engagement session on the hottest day of the year…yeah, it was photography suicide. They were so fun and laid back that you’d never know it looking at there pics. Thanks for being awesome guys!

mandy + steven [engaged]

Meet Mandy + Steven…They rocked their engagement session even though it was raining like crazy right up until we shot…even a little during the shoot. They definitely wanted a very outdoor look and feel for their session because that’s where they enjoy being the most…The weather was little unnerving (as it always can be in the world of photography) but we pulled it off! They were so laid back and at ease and it shows in their images… It was awesome working with you guys :) Can’t wait to shoot your wedding!

carli + spence [engaged]

I met Carli & Spence in Nashville for an early morning shoot a little over a week ago. I didn’t know people could be so incredibly happy and friendly that early in the morning :) They have quite a unique plan for their wedding…or as Carli called it, a trifecta :) So their getting married in Hawaii in July…no no no, I’m not shooting it. Although I wish I was! The Wedding Tree at Four Seasons Resort Hawaii looks absolutely unbelievable. When they get back they’re having 2 receptions…one in Carli’s home town of Ann Arbor, MI and one in Nashville at the Country Music Hall of Fame. I’m so excited to shoot their Nashville reception! In Carli’s words, “We are throwing a “Sophisticated County Fair” themed shindig for our family and friends from Indiana and Tennessee”. She started the theme off in their engagement session by bringing some balloons as a prop. Carli loves ring shots…me too :) … so we did a little pre-wedding ring shot. oh yeah…they brought their little dog Kashi as a “prop” too! I love this next series

megan + justin [engaged]

How cool are Megan & Justin? I loved the style that they brought to their engagement shoot. We had a great time running around Nasvhille and ended up shooting in TWO bathrooms :) I’m looking forward to their wedding in July!

Meet Joanna & Daniel…these two are sooo fun. They’re both actors & students at Belmont University so we started out at a theater on campus.

The we headed down to The Gulch…it’s such a cool area. I love the shots that we got at a parking garage.

Meet Jodi & Jordan! I always ask my couples if they have a special place that they’d like to have their engagement session and 90% of the time they say “um, you pick please :) .” These two actually did decide to have their session at Jodi’s parents farm in Hilham because of their memories there. It was a beautiful place…they were so easy to talk to and even easier to photograph…I look forward to your wedding next month guys!

Meet Kacy and Ryan…I’m shooting their wedding on July 11th…which by the way has been one of the most requested dates this summer…I wish there were more of them :)

Love this first shot.
There was a ton of kissing going on and poor Kacy was not feeling very well…hope you didn’t catch it Ryan :\
I wanted to make this shot really grainy like someone caught it just passing by…
Harsh light = cool effect
As we were driving to our next location I saw this car parked on the side of the road…aaaannnnnd it was unlocked! :)

sarah + hunter [engaged]

I shot Sarah and Hunter’s engagement session this past Sunday. We couldn’t have asked for better weather! What a cool couple. They’re so laid back and happy. Sarah is a UC girl from Livingston and Hunter is from Sydney so they’ll be having another ceremony in Australia as well. (note to Hunter’s mum: I’m available for travel ;)

On a side note – You should go check out the water company that Hunter works for called Tasmanian Rain … Awesome.

Thanks guys, I can’t wait to shoot your wedding in March!

Oh yeah! Almost forgot to mention Marley – aka Blackey – aka Mar – aka Pooh! He’s the little black fuzzy guy in some of the pictures.
